WOMA WORKOUT

Our WOMA Workout is specifically for those students that would like to get their fitness and stamina up. Based on gym training the workout is tailor fitted for each individual’s fitness requirement.

Training will consist of:
Nutrition
Body weight exercises
Cardio training
Weight training
Advanced stretching
Internal breathing exercises
