PRIVATE TRAINING

Our private training consists of four areas namely body transformation, martial arts skills, competitive fighting and self-defense. Each private class is a one on one session of an hour and a half so our clients get the maximum benefit from the training in order to achieve the necessary results, and ultimately to reach their personal goals.
