SENIOR CITIZENS FITNESS TRAINING
We have specially designed training programs for senior citizens that assist in creating a healthy lifestyle and promotes blood circulation, muscle mass retention, reflexes and flexibility. Most importantly our low intensity stamina exercises strengthen the heart and lungs promoting a healthy strong body and mind while simultaneously strengthening the body’s core.
The sense of community shared between our senior citizen students also makes for an enjoyable and fun atmosphere while our training has direct and applicable health benefits.
